In developing the piece, Robina Steyer, dancer and choreographer, found many parallels between the early medieval `Inklusin` Wiborada and contemporary artists, e.g. self-imposed solitude and the creative process in a confined space. Robina's reinterpretation of the city saint, which took place in the church of St Mangen in the grounds of the monastery, was a breathtaking highlight and attracted a large audience. What was planned as a one-off event on `Wiborada Day` developed into a collaboration with the St.Gallen Dance Festival with two further performances and a subsequent tour to the Rhine Valley, Chur and across the border to Liechtenstein, as well as performances at the St.Gallen Museum Night.
