What characterises a contemporary wardrobe? Not the entire outfit has to be renewed every season, as suggested by fashion brand advertising, but rather new items are inserted between older ones, creating the image and feeling of a lived and vibrant wardrobe.
Upcycled clothing is a mixture of both: it preserves what you love about the old and updates it with conscious interventions for use in the future.
